New Square Near the Pine Grove
A new recreational space has been developed on the Old Boulevard in 2026, following the demolition of a café-bar. The infrastructure project included extensive site improvements, such as the construction of new walking pathways, installation of curbs and benches, and the deployment of advanced lighting. The landscape will soon be further enhanced with ornamental vegetation. The project was designed by the Greening and Landscape Planning Service of Batumi Boulevard to provide residents and visitors with a modern, comfortable environment for leisure.
