Another structure, located on the coastal strip of Batumi Boulevard is being dismantled and the existing space is being freeded up. The term specified in the lease agreement for the aforementioned building has expired. The relevant department of the Batumi Boulevard LEPL, based on the owner's notice and agreement with him regarding the timely removal of the structure from the territory, made a decision to dismantle it. The dismantling works are being carried out in full compliance with the current legislation and include the removal of construction structures from the territory, as well as the maintenance of the territory and the release of public space. The process is being carried out in stages and fully includes the dismantling of all objects on the boulevard for which lease term has expired.
