A meeting with tenants of Batumi Boulevard

On June 18, 2020, the government of the Autonomous Republic of Ajara and the LEPL Batumi Boulevard filed a petition to the Batumi municipality - City Council and the City Hall, based on the statements of small entrepreneurs and self-employed people working on the territory of Batumi Boulevard. Take into account the economic situation in Georgia, including in the Adjara region, against the backdrop of the pandemic announced in connection with the spread of the new coronavirus (COVID-19), and decide on the support of tenants of Batumi Boulevard LEPL, operating in 2019 and currently (about 200 - 300 small entrepreneurs or self-employed), until November 1, 2020 on the conclusion of direct lease agreements.

On June 30, 2020, the Batumi City Council and City Hall - made an important decision.

- According to the decision, the tenants of the Batumi Boulevard LEPL will be able to use the real estate (land plots) for a period of time until November 1, 2020, according to the price set by the independent auditor.

- The above-mentioned favorable conditions will not apply to tenants who have debts to LEPL Batumi Boulevard (they will apply only in case of payment of debts), to tenants who have been given the use of the municipal property / registered building and / or its part, as well on lease agreements that provided for the arrangement of the showroom.
